Return and Exchange Policy

All items we sell come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All items should be returned in the original packaging and shipping containers with the original packing slip enclosed. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Entrusted Pets. Shipping and handling costs will be paid by Entrusted Pets if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise.
No returns are allowed on personalized items.

It is best for your protection to use UPS on return shipments.

Regular Ground: Included in purchase price. Allow 3 to 9 Business Days.
Second Day: Allow two business days from date the product is shipped. $24.95
Next Day: Following business day from the date the product is shipped. $45.95

*Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
